Preheat oven to 400° F. Shape ground chuck into four miniature burger patties. Season with salt and pepper. Place patties on lightly greased baking sheet and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Top with Lorraine® cheese slices and return to heat until cheese starts to melt, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook mushrooms until brown and tender. When burgers are done, place onto King’s Hawaiian® rolls. Top with mushrooms and wasabi horseradish; serve.
