  • 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices Lorraine® cheese
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. baby bella mushrooms
  • 4 King King’s Hawaiian® Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls
  • Wasabi horseradish, to taste

Preheat oven to 400° F. Shape ground chuck into four miniature burger patties. Season with salt and pepper. Place patties on lightly greased baking sheet and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Top with Lorraine® cheese slices and return to heat until cheese starts to melt, about 1 to 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook mushrooms until brown and tender. When burgers are done, place onto King’s Hawaiian® rolls. Top with mushrooms and wasabi horseradish; serve.
